Important Policies – RV Sites & Rentals
All Rental Units require a 2 night minimum stay. CHECK IN 1:00 PM – CHECK OUT 12 NOON
NO refunds for early departure.
Rental Unit cancellations made within 14 days of the reservation start date will be charged one day rental fee. Cancellations made before 14 days of the reservation start date will be refunded minus a $20.00 processing fee.
No REFUNDS on Holiday(s) or Holiday Weekends Deposits. On Holiday(s) or Holiday weekends, if Cancellation is made within 72 hours of your start date, you will be responsible for the entire stay.
