Golf Cart Rules & Guidelines
At Willow Mill, we want everyone to enjoy a safe and relaxing stay. Please take a moment to review the golf cart rules & guidelines below.
Registration at With Office
All golf carts should be registered at the office when you arrive.Insurance & Licensed Drivers
Liability insurance is required for each cart. A copy of the insurance and valid driver’s licenses for all intended drivers should be kept on file with the office.Driver Eligibility
For safety reasons, only licensed drivers may operate golf carts. We’re unable to allow children to drive, and we appreciate your cooperation in keeping the park safe.Evening Use Requires Headlights
If you plan to drive after sunset, please ensure your golf cart has working headlights.Follow Campground Speed Limits
Golf carts should be driven at or below the campground’s 5 MPH speed limit at all times. Please stay alert and courteous on shared roads.Use by Registered Guests Only
Golf carts should not be loaned out to other guests. If another individual uses your cart, it’s understood they’re covered under your insurance and that the registered owner will accept full responsibility for any incident.Respect Quiet Hours & Noise Levels
Out of courtesy to other guests, please keep music and noise levels from golf carts respectful, especially during quiet hours.Display Your Site Number
For easy identification, all golf carts should have the site number clearly displayed on both sides using numbers at least 4 inches tall.Alcohol Use & Driving
Golf cart drivers are expected to follow the same rules regarding alcohol use as they would on public roads. Operating a cart while over the legal blood alcohol limit (0.08% BAC) is strictly prohibited. Violations may lead to disciplinary action, including the loss of driving privileges within the park.
Willow Mill Campsite assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of golf carts within the park. By operating a golf cart on campground property, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility and liability for your actions and those of anyone operating a cart under your registration.
