Campground Rules & Guidelines
At Willow Mill, we want everyone to enjoy a safe and relaxing stay. Please take a moment to review the rules & guidelines below.
Drive Gently
The speed limit throughout the campground is 5 MPH. This applies to all vehicles, including golf carts. Please drive slowly and stay alert for children and pedestrians.Bike Use After Dark
For safety reasons, we ask that bicycles not be used after sunset.Noise & Music
Music and other sounds should stay within your site and at a respectful volume. Let’s keep things peaceful for all guests.Quiet Hours
Quiet time is observed from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please avoid playing games or using bright lights during this time.Supervision in Bathhouses
Children under 8 should be accompanied by an adult when using bathhouse facilities.Smoking Policy
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. All campground buildings are smoke-free.Firewood & Bonfires
To protect local trees, the WI DNR requires that firewood be burned where it was purchased. Please use only designated fire pits. Firewood is available at the camp store.No Trash Burning
Please only burn firewood in your campfire—no garbage, plastics, or other materials.Tree Protection
Cutting, trimming, or gathering wood from campground trees is not allowed, even if the trees appear dead.Garbage Disposal
In accordance with Columbia County guidelines, please use clear plastic bags and place all trash in the provided dumpsters.Pets at the Campground
Dogs and cats (up to 3 per site) are welcome - please notify the office to request more pets. Pets must be leashed or kept in your camping unit. Please clean up after your pet immediately—sites left messy may incur a $25 cleanup fee. Pets are not allowed in the pool area, rental units, or indoor common spaces without prior approval. Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.Site Responsibility
Campers are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their children, guests, or visitors to the site or campground.Parking
A maximum of two vehicles is allowed per site. Additional vehicles should park in the designated overflow area.Trailer Parking
Trailers may not be parked at individual campsites. Please use approved areas only.Keep Roads Clear
For emergency access, please don’t park on roads or in any campsite other than your own.Respect Other Sites
Please do not cut through campsites that aren’t yours, even if they appear vacant.
Willow Mill Campsite is not liable for any accidents, injuries, damages, or losses that may occur on campground property. By entering the campground, guests accept responsibility for their actions and those of their children, pets, and guests.
